Foresters Financial - “Do More” Animated Retirement Video

Using animation to illustrate how life Insurance can be part of a larger financial strategy.

 

PROJECT SUMMARY

Foresters Financial is an international financial services provider dedicated helping everyday families achieve their long-term financial goals. Primarily known for serving their client’s life insurance needs, Foresters has been actively promoting a new and more holistic approach to financial planning.

A key component to this new approach was to help both internal and external audiences easily see the relationship between traditional life insurance and long-term financial stability – building on Foresters existing “do more” messaging strategy.

In support of these efforts, VisionMix was tasked with the design and development of video-driven website communication. The goal was to help tell the story – in easily relatable terms – of how life insurance could “do more” towards retirement security.


WHAT WE DID

  • Working with the marketing team, we helped to write and edit a voice-over script that would drive the overall narrative of the communication

  • Leveraging the illustrative character elements core to the brand, we designed a visual design framework and keyframe storyboard for the video animation that captured the overall flow and storyline of the final communication

  • We then created the video using Adobe Effects in full HD format, marrying the VO element to the animation assets

  • Once completed, we consulted with Foresters internal platform teams to help shape how the final video would ultimately be deployed across the organization
